1. Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from the United States. We currently deliver to all US states.
2. How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
3. What is your processing time?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons, processing may take one extra day.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Any free shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout. Rates depend on your location and order weight.
5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email cabronco@icloud.com immediately. Once a package is on the way, we can’t make changes.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with tags and original packaging.
7. How do I start a return?
cabronco@icloud.com with your order number to request a return. We’ll send instructions and a prepaid return label if approved.
8. Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. Return your item, and once it’s approved, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.
9. Are sale items returnable?
No. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
10. What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is incorrect or damaged, contact us right away so we can make it right.
11. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship only within the United States.
12. How do I know my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you’re between sizes, reach out, and we’ll help you pick the right fit.
13. Are your cowboy boots true to size?
Most customers stick to their regular boot size. If a style runs large or small, we note it on the product page.
14. What materials do you use?
Our products feature high-quality leathers, durable fabrics, and premium Western-inspired materials designed for long-lasting wear.
15. How do I care for my boots and leather goods?
Store them in a cool, dry place. Use leather conditioner regularly, and avoid soaking or prolonged exposure to direct heat.
16. Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation before your order ships. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.
17. My tracking says “delivered”, but I didn’t receive anything. What should I do?
Check with neighbours or your local carrier. If you still can’t locate the package, email us, and we’ll investigate.
18. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure checkout options displayed at checkout.
19. Are your products authentic Western wear?
Yes. Our entire collection is inspired by classic Western heritage and built for everyday wear with premium materials.
